What you'll need to join

1. A government-issued piece of ID with photo: Driver’s License or DMV ID Card, Government Employee ID Card or Badge, United States Passport, United States Armed Forces ID Card, or Matrícula consular card.

2. A secondary piece of ID: Credit Card or Debit Card with name on front or back and signature on back, a State-issued license to carry a concealed weapon, or a Student ID for the current term/year.

3. Your opening deposit of $15.00: $5.00 for Prime Share and a one-time membership fee of $10.00, which makes you a member—and an owner—of one of Oregon’s oldest credit unions.

4. Your Social Security Number (SSN), Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN), or Tax Identification Number (TIN)

At Unitus, we continue to serve and grow our commitment to financial inclusion in our communities. You’re eligible to join the credit union if you or a family member1 live or work in the State of Washington2, or one of the following Oregon counties:

Disclosures

1Qualifying members of the immediate family; including, grandparents, parents, spouse, children, stepchildren, grandchildren, brothers, sisters, half-brothers, half-sisters, aunts, uncles, and domestic partners of any person who qualifies or qualified for membership and of deceased members who qualified for Unitus membership at the time of death.

2Directors, retirees, volunteers, and natural persons under contract to work for organizations located anywhere in the State of Washington are also eligible to join.
