How do I find my Mobile Deposit deposit history?

This depends on whether your logged into a desktop computer or the type of device and the Unitus App version you are using. Please follow the instructions below to find out how you can access your mobile deposit history in uOnline:

Desktop Users:

  1. Log in to Digital Banking
  2. Click on account you deposited the check(s) into via Mobile Deposit
  3. Click in search field and type “Mobile Deposit”
  4. List of all mobile deposits will display. Note: additional details such as status and check images are not available via desktop.

 iPhone Users with App version 3011.1 and above:

  1. Log into Unitus mobile app
  2. Select the account you deposited the check(s) into via Mobile Deposit
  3. Pull down transaction list with your finger
  4. Tap the icon of three lines to the right of the ‘Search’ field
  5. Select ‘Checks Deposited Remotely’
  6. List of all mobile deposits will display
  7. Select specific deposit to view additional details such as status and for check images

Android Users or iPhone users with App version 3011.0 or prior:

  1. Log into Unitus mobile app
  2. Navigate to Mobile Deposit feature
  3. Select ‘History’ tab
  4. All Mobile Deposit submissions will display
  5. Select specific deposit to view additional details such as status and for check images
