What if I find unauthorized charges on the card I use with Digital Wallet?
Your Unitus Community Credit Union debit card and credit card automatically come with the built-in security of 24×7 fraud monitoring and Visa’s Zero Liability Policy protection. If your card or its number is ever lost or stolen, you’re not responsible for unauthorized transactions when you report them promptly.
To dispute a credit card or debit card transaction, please call 1.800.452.0900, opt. 1, during regular business hours, (Monday – Friday 7:25 AM – 6:05 PM or Saturday 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM).
