No. Make a Payment is designed for regular loan payments, not loan payoffs.
To make sure your loan is paid in full and to avoid delays with your title, please visit our Contact Us page for help with your payoff.

Sign in to Make a Payment and go to Manage Payment. Select Cancel Scheduled Payment to cancel your scheduled payment.

Sign in to Make a Payment and select Set Up Auto-Pay. You can use the routing number and account number from another financial institution to set up your recurring payment.

Sign in to Make a Payment and select Manage Auto-Pay. From there, you can make changes such as the payment amount or frequency.
To change the bank account used for your automatic payment:
- Go to Manage Auto-Pay.
- Scroll to the bottom of the menu and select + Add Another Payment Method.
- Add your new account information.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Find your old payment account and remove it from the list.

Your loan must be less than 40 days past due to use Make a Payment.

The maximum payment you can make through this service is $1,500.
If your payment is more than the amount currently due, any extra funds received will be applied to your loan’s principal balance.

You can use Make a Payment for the following eligible Unitus loans:
- Auto loans
- Home equity lines of credit
- Credit cards
- Personal loans
- Personal lines of credit
- Certain business loans with a minimum payment of $1,500 or less
Mortgage loans: Make a Payment cannot be used for mortgage payments. Please use the mortgage portal to make your mortgage payment.
Student loans: Make a Payment cannot be used for student loan payments. Please visit the Student Lending Center to make a student loan payment.

Yes, you can set up a recurring payment on your loan using your routing and account (ACH) number from your other financial institution.
You must be registered for this service in order to set up a recurring or automatic payment. This will give you the control you need to manage your automatic payments. By registering for the online payment service, you will create a password and access the system more quickly with less information.
In order to register for the service, you will need your email address, your account number, the last 5 digits of your social security number, your date of birth and your zip code. All information entered must match the format listed on the page and must match the information that Unitus has on file for you. Your account number at Unitus can be located on your account/loan statement or you can contact us to obtain the account number.

Making the payment using your Unitus account is simple and free. If you would like to make a payment using your Unitus account, please log in to Digital Banking by clicking the “Login” button at the top of the page.

To make the payment, you will need your Unitus account number, the last 5 digits of your social security number and your date of birth. The account number can be located on your account/loan statement or you can contact us to obtain your account number. Please ensure that you’re entering the information as outlined on the website.
You will also need your debit card OR the account and routing number from the financial institution which you will be making the payment from.

No. At this time, principal only payments are not available to be processed using the online loan payment service.

You do not need to register to make a one-time loan payment; you can use the Express Pay option to make a one-time payment if you are not registered. Simply click the “Express Pay” button to access this feature.

Please note: the payment will not display on your loan or within this service immediately. The method you used to make a payment (debit or account and routing number) will affect when the payment is applied to the loan.
If you use the debit card option to make the payment: Your payment will reflect on your loan after 6:05 p.m. PST the same day you made the payment. If you made the payment after 6:05 p.m. PST, your payment will display the following day.
If you use the account/routing number option to make the payment: If you made a payment before 6:00 p.m. PST on a business day, your payment will reflect on your loan after 6:05 p.m. PST. If you made a payment to your loan after 6:00 p.m. PST or on a non-business day, your loan payment will reflect on your loan after 6:05 PST on the next business day.
If you are logging back into this payment portal as soon as you made the payment, you will not see your payment reflected until the next business day.

Yes. For no additional charge, you may choose to send us a check each month. Please include your account number and loan number on the memo line of the check.

You can set up a recurring payment on a weekly, every two weeks or a monthly basis. You can choose any date in the future and at least 1 day before you would like the recurring payment to start. Keep in mind if you are scheduling the payment on a schedule that is not monthly, you will want to make sure the full payment amount is received by due date to avoid a late fee.

All payments made through the online loan payment service will be applied as a regular payment to your loan account, according to the terms of your Loan Agreement with us. This includes extra funds received with the payment. If you are unsure how payments will be applied to your loan account, please contact our Loan Services department at 503-423-8399.

The primary borrower and/or the joint borrower on the loan can make a payment through this service. If you are not a borrower on the loan, you will not be able to access this service.

Yes, simply type the amount of the payment you wish to send instead of the regular monthly payment amount. Keep in mind that the maximum amount you can pay using this service is $1,500.00.

Once you’ve entered your identifying information, the system will display your payment amount and your due date. Your payment amount is also located on your statement or on your loan coupons.

This service is designed to work on variety of devices including your smart phone. The compatible browsers are Chrome, Internet Explorer (version 11.0 and above) or Firefox.

It may take 3-5 business days for the funds to be withdrawn out of your other financial institution.

Yes, you can set up a recurring payment on more than one loan. If you have multiple loans, each loan will need to be set up with its own recurring payment.

Yes, Members may make a partial payment on their Unitus loan using the online loan payment service.

You can schedule a recurring payment any day of the week, however, if the payment is scheduled for a non-business day, by default, the payment will process on a business day AFTER the scheduled date. You will be presented with the option to have the payment processed on the business day BEFORE the scheduled date if the scheduled date falls on a non-business day before you confirm the scheduled payment.

We will attempt to withdraw the funds out of your account once for the recurring or automatic payment. If you do not have the funds in your account, your payment will not post for that month and you will need to make a payment through a different channel. We will attempt to withdraw the funds the following month.

You can expect to see funds withdrawn out of your other financial institution within 3-5 days of the scheduled recurring payment.

Your payment will reflect on your loan after 6:05 p.m. PST on the day that you have the recurring payment scheduled for. Keep in mind that if you schedule a recurring payment on a non-business day, by default, that payment will be reflected on your loan the following business day after 6:05 p.m. PST. If you opted to process the payment before when scheduling the recurring payment and your payment falls on a non-business day, the payment will appear on your loan the previous business day after 6:05 p.m. PST.

Yes. As an alternative to digital banking, for a nominal fee you can make a payment on most Unitus loans including certain business loans where the minimum payment is $1,500.00 or less. You can also set up recurring monthly electronic transfers. Visit our Make a Payment Page to get started.

A “Payment Confirmed” Screen will display for you once you’ve followed all the prompts and a confirmation email will be sent to you.
