Meet Our Director of Small Business Lending
Ivan brings 20 years of banking and business lending experience to Unitus small business lending. As the Director of Small Business, Ivan is responsible for the development and growth of Unitus’ small business lending segment. He and his team are here to talk about your business needs and identify the lending products that will work best for you.
In his free time, Ivan enjoys international travel, explore different cultures, spend time with family and attend various musical events.

Unitus currently offers: Vehicle, Specialized Vehicle, Commercial Real Estate, Equipment, Investment Property Loans, and Small Business Lines of Credit.

Unitus does not currently offer SBA loans.

We require the following: Business membership application, business loan application, personal financial statement (from all owners), two years company tax returns (all schedules), two years personal tax returns (all schedules), a YTD profit and loss statement and balance sheet, and your business formation papers.

The business must be in existence for at least two years, be creditworthy, with a track record of profitability, and all guarantors must have good credit history (a personal guarantee from all principals is required), among other things.
