Why is my name not displaying when I log in to uOnline?

You may be using the login credentials associated with the primary person on your account. With our uOnline upgrade existing credentials are tied to the primary account holder’s tax identification number. If that is the case, you will need to register as a new user, using one of the accounts you are on to create your own unique set of credentials (username and password). To do this, click the ‘Not Registered Yet’ link from the online banking login page. Doing so will ensure you see all accounts tied to your tax identification number. Need help getting registered?
