Annual Meeting of Membership

Join us in-person at Unitus Plaza in downtown Portland, or from the comfort of your own home via video conference! As a credit union owner, we welcome all Unitus members to be a part of this moment as we reflect on accomplishments of 2019 and look to the future of 2020 and beyond.

The following were nominated by the Nominating Committee and approved by the Board to be affirmed by acclamation at the March 17 meeting:

• Somnath “Sam” Banerjee
• Rhonda Cramer
• Matthew Mičetić

For those who choose to attend onsite, garage parking is available and will be validated for members attending the meeting.

For those who opt to join us via video conferencing, please note after registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting via Zoom (web, mobile device or telephone). To access all documents needed to follow along for the meeting, click here.

Before joining a Zoom meeting from a computer, click on the meeting link provided and for the first time only, you will be prompted to download (Run) a small application file before entering your name [for Unitus members, please use the same name that is listed on your account(s)] and the Meeting ID provided.
